First off, a big THANK YOU to all of our awesome Coaches for volunteering your time and help throughout the year! Hopkinton Girls Youth Lacrosse would not be able to run smoothly without you all!

A couple of housekeeping items that we need to take care of prior to taking the field in a couple weeks.

Clearance to coach:  In order to coach this spring, you are required to complete and submit an annual CORI form (along with a copy of your Photo ID).

 PLEASE complete these requirements by Friday, January 26th and return them to hopkintongirlslax@gmail.com  when complete. 

IF you plan to coach this spring, PLEASE complete these ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS by Friday, January 26th, 2024:

1. Complete and sign the attached CORI form and return signed form to hopkintongirlslax@gmail.com with a scanned copy of your Driver’s License (both front and back).

2. Complete and sign the HGYL Coaches Code of Conduct Form

3. Complete the MYL Coaching Registration, Compliance & Certification REQUIREMENTS - HGYL will reimburse you for the cost of this registration.
