Hopkinton Girls Youth Lacrosse relies on its parents as volunteers and coaches.  No lacrosse experience is required to become a coach. HGYL offers coaching clinics during the pre-season to help coaches prepare.

HGYL and our Director of Coaching and Player Development can also provide Practice plans and templates that have been shared among age group coaches as well.
